We ship online orders to all 50 states, the District of Columbia, US territories and US military APO/FPO addresses.
Returns: Online purchases may be returned for a full refund if made within 30 days with proof of purchase. Sale items are final sale. Returned items must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging. Returns may be shipped back or made in person at our retail location: Good Footing, 316 7th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders placed via standard shipping typically arrive within 3 - 8 business days from shipping confirmation. Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment.
Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt FedEx transportation flow anywhere and with little warning. As interruptions occur, we will work with FedEx to make sure your order arrives as soon as it can safely be delivered.
*Please note: Orders placed Monday through Friday for in-stock merchandise normally ship within 24 hours or by the next business day. For special order items please allow an extra 2-3 days for shipping. Above rates apply to continental United States to a single mailing address. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays).
